Those apartments on Bethesda row, Woodmont and Wisconsin ave next to the Fox building all dumb expensive and that’s Bethesda proper. If I’m in North Bethesda I’m paying Rockville prices.

If you can afford $12k/month with no strain......you'd buy a house.
The ONLY way this makes sense is for a wealthy man that has a primary residence (house on a nice plot) but wants a spot for his side heauxs. A rich single man may not want to invite broads to his real home.....so he has a bachelor pad for his sexcapades and nights going clubbing.
But.....you can get the same damn apartment almost anywhere for 1/4 the price or even less.

My homie lives in Bethesda and pays a grip, like 3-3 1/2 stacks a month for a 3 bedroom. But it's damn near the same apartment as this minus the garden.
