You know it's true. I'm not talking about the nice areas of Miami. Or even the hood. The schools in the Hispanic areas (which is many large areas of Miami) have lots of teachers that struggle with the language. Shyt, you got Hispanic kids born in Miami who talk with a Spanish accent. How are you born in America and speak with a foreign accent? It's because no one in those areas speaks English. Not even in school.
