I dont even know if yall were in Fayetteville at the time. I literally just got off work and Fayetteville one of the cities I get news updates from...

The dude Terrance who got killed was a punk who went by "Peaches". I knew him because the one year I went to school I'm Fayetteville I went to Smith with him (2005-06). I went away in '06, cane back to Fayetteville when I first got out in late '09. And Terrance was still out in Northside areas except he was a known prostitute, I guess during my time away he'd started walking the streets...

Dude was a nice guy man, very clearly homo but he wasn't pushing up on nikkas, I actually didn't know anyone who didn't like him, and I never had any bad encounters with him myself. When he got killed it was a big deal on the streets back then because he was a pretty popular guy, muhfukkas were heartbroken about this...

I haven't even thought of this case or Terrance in years. He was found in a vacant in Bonnie Doone, literally everybody knew it was some prostitution shyt gone wrong! It's crazy to me that it's been damn near 13 years, but I swear to God everybody knew it was some gay shyt gone sour, so my mind's eye probably thought this case was solved years ago, hence why I never thought about it much again...

If yall were around back then were yall in North Fayetteville or remember anything about this?

And the article link says last dude Terrance was seen with was a white boy, but the dude's mugshot is on other sites and he looks like a light brother...

The article also doesn't say anything about prostitution or gay activities bit that shyt was widely known at the time and my memory might be fuzzy but I wanna say it was reported back then that Terrance was a prostitute and the guy who killed him was probably a client or a relationship that went bad. That was definitely known on the streets though...

So fam who is arrested for this case in Houston is gay, got away for 13 years and probably tried to bury all his gay shyt in his past with it...

They say they got a bunch of evidence from way back that technology wasn't advanced enough to process back then. Which is wild to me because 2010 feels like the modern era in a sense, then in another it doesn't. But I wouldn't be surprised if someone snitched on this guy...

yeah, familial DNA will do that. it's possible someone in his family tree had their DNA swabbed in the past 13 years by law enforcement or used the 23andMe service.
