His measure might not have been the same measures you would take but he didn't get car jacked bc he prevented it. Same results different actions
He also explained that he grew up in that neighborhood so it was a safe zone for him. He said he doesn't do this all the time and we don't know any different so assuming he does is unfair.

Come on man that’s like saying a woman shouldn’t wear revealing clothing because she’s tempting somebody to rape her. I’m both cases the vast majority of folks know better no matter the situation and will let you beOn some level, whether he's completely conscious of it or not, this nxgga was baiting some mf to try him. He talking about he's always aware of his surroundings and watching how folks move, yet at the same time, leaves the keys in with his shyt running. This could've all been avoided if he took his keys with him and locked his shyt. But he'd rather play out some hood enmity scenario.

Every once in awhile i leave my car running, in my own city...(jumpstart/battery charging) when i go into a gas station, but i put a club on steering wheel and the door locked....

If the world deals with black men and black boys by killing us, we as black men have to do something different when dealing with each other instead of being partakers in the same system. Look, car jacking is evil and I hate robbers with a passion but this may be a defining moment in this boys life. Sparing his life, sparing him from being locked up, and trying to change the way he thinks is basically everything we have been fighting for with respect to criminal justice reform. Rehabilitating young black men and giving them every opportunity at life before having to result to expending their lives. We need to practice what we preach otherwise how do we expect others to do different? This was good to see.
