I would cut Chandler for the simple fact that he and Stevie are Gailey era players, need to start anew, both are decent, but aren't clutch performers, so

I'm starting to question Marrone, he said that Special Teams sucked because of lack of talent and not crappy coaching from Crossman. Bills went from 9th in 2012 to 30th in 2013. No coincidence and Crossman's Detroit units were terrible. McKelvin didn't have a single run return this season. Hackett is also way too inexperienced to run an NFL offense, he needs a experienced person to help him out at least. If the Bills don't signicantly improve their record next season, then I think Marrone gets the axe
yea I was never thrilled with Hackett as OC. With a better redzone O we win 2 or 3 more games at this year, that's where I think a mauler at LG and a big WR/TE come in. I think Thad is a solid backup, I don't see any good backups available in FA. Idk about Byrd, I have a bad feeling that they either trade him or let him walk
