The union said the nurses have filed a grievance, a process that “could take a long time” to resolve.

Oh naaaah... I know the union is required to 'support' them to some degree. But this one is legit, and those nurses and whoever the fukk turned off the video surveillance needs to stay fired. fukk that. The only way I would support them keeping their jobs is if it truly was the hospital management that forced them off of their supervision of the child. We will find out Im sure, but holy shyt, somebody's head better roll for letting that baby out when she was suicidal.

Someone killed her. That's why they removed the video monitoring.

How is that possible?
Probably understaffed due to corporate greed.

Most medical facilities in this country outside of norcal and nyc are understaffed. The norcal +NYC ones mandate proper quotas of docs, nurses, CNA, techs, etc to each patient and they pay enough to ensure these gigs are filled by locals .

This link was from just last month , meaning they haven't fixed staffing since that girl died in April . Multiple comments about understaffing. So Insurance will probably cut that family a check and it's bussiness as usual for the hospital

As someone who worked in a hospital. All it takes is one person fukking up and everything can go to shyt. I'm not trying to alleviate those 15 nurses but I highly highly doubt all 15 are to blame for this situation.
i disagree.
I'm willing too bet they fired 15 because all 15 are on video seeing her and doing nothing.
