Sounds like some scapegoating because whoever made these decisions was in a higher position than those they fired. If they had to go so did the higher ups.

Sounds like the hospital fukked up and they’re trying to fukk over the nurses .
That sounds deliberate to me :hubie:
The people in charge knew she’d kill herself and they helped facilitate it.

Got damn!

12 nurses fired!? I work in the medical industry and Can't even name 12 nurses off the top of my Head! Usual amount on a shift is 4 or 5!

The Fck did 12 need to get fired for? I GUARANTEE that girl had 1 assigned to her plus the supervisor on shift...
:damn:

Also, I never understood suicide...at 12!!?

The Fck you wanna leave earth for?

There is one nurse for every 80 patients in the United Stares. Around the world it’s like 1 nurse for nearly every 300 people. Any given night it’s 1 nurse to about 5-10 people.

Keep in mind most people will go to the hospital multiple times. Nurses are in an insanely busy occupation.

I highly doubt all 15 let something get by them nor were all in some elaborate plan to be honest. Things most likely weren’t communicated or most were busy/spread thin. If anything a couple people fukked it up bad and lead to a domino effect on everyone else.

What was her home life like that made her be so determined to commit suicide?

Exactly. Bet my life on it, the majority of those nurses had nothing to do with the unfortunate situation.

No way 15 nurses are assigned to 1 patient. Most likely the 1 assigned to her messed up but for all we know she may have had 10 other patients and was with one of them when this happened.

Less then 1% chance of that being true. Hospital policy especially with nursing is set by the state. Any major violations of those rules means the incident is automatically reported to the state. That's going to lead to an investigation. That's the last thing anyone in charge wants. That's career suicide for lack of a better term. You'd be exposed to possible jail time and that hospital could be shut down.

Most likely it was negligence by one or a few people or the no social worker and camera not being on could've been them cutting corners due to a lack funding or greed.

I don’t put anything past anyone when it comes to harming or the neglect of black people :hubie:

You think 15 people all agreed to let a kid die?

I'm sure there's issues with that hospital that were present way before she got there. This incident just exposed it.

The filing says that despite the need for 24-hour supervision of Sarah, Providence removed the health care worker assigned to monitor her, along with removing the video monitoring system from her room.

it was deliberate

Those aren't decisions made by nurses.

Yes, all of those nurses should be held accountable for not being on point for a suicide watch, all the way up to management. I'm shocked because they are usually not held accountable.

Hell, even on here, parents get a pass when they leave their child in the car and the child dies.

Just a bunch of no accountability ass people
