I went to a Boston Market in PGC Maryland that was so horrible and old looking.

The baked chicken was almost raw, like they cooked it with a flashlight.

Can't believe they're still open.

Good. Almost all of them suck. Sans the cheddar biscuits Red Lobster is ass. And the rest of those places don't make anything that you can't get elsewhere.

Even Pizza Hut didn't pivot when the Hot & Ready hit the streets. When your comp is churning out product like that you gotta innovate or die.

American capitalism and depending on growth and trying to maximize profits every year has companies cheapening products and raising prices.

No reason a company with good products a good price should go under. Got to be bad management and spending too much for advertising and other BS.

When i worked in an Italian spot, saw how many people ordered, marinara and pasta. I realized how things have changed

Same thing standing in line at Piada's watching people order pasta and marinara, it's like you could have made that at home quicker than your drive here.

Not gonna lie the fast food wing market is over saturated. Wild wing station and American deli have both overextended and lower quality than their counterparts. Even Zaxbys is a better wing option

I thought about this driving around yesterday, looking at all the little businesses. Like the lady selling rocks is really making enough to sustain that store and her life for the 10 years I been here?
