The problem is that a large portion of black people would rather live in a poor Mexican neighborhood than live in a black one. Basically, blacks out there believe the Mex area is superior to their own,

Have never read or heard about this dynamic.

I've read about c00ning it up with whites from a family member in California but I've never heard this.

It's sad because it seems like he wasn't really hardcore in the streets like that and he probably would of grew out of it. I'm not trying to assassinate his character. But it's stupid to turn a blind eye to the problem of gangs in our community. I can't tell you how many times in high school my friends' parents would tell teachers or cops that their son wasn't involved in gangs, knowing damn well it's not the truth. Sometimes regular people, regular kids ARE targeted or murdered over this bullshyt, but I don't think I've ever seen an example where the parents admit that their kids are in a gang. They always deny it.

Obviously Jamiel's parents denied it, not just because it's their son, but also because they don't want the public and politicians to ignore what happened. Espinoza, an illegal, was arrested prior to him murdering Jamiel, and the authorities didn't deport him. Had the authorities did their job Pedro Espinoza would have been shipped off to Mexico and he wouldn't have been able to kill Jamiel.
But would YOU paid attention to the story had Jamiel been murdered by a rival Black gang member?
Like I said loc you're doing the exact same smear shyt they did to Trayvon, find a couple pics off a black kid's myspace and say he was in a gang and deserved to die. A lot of kids act like they're from it even if they're not just to fit in, doesn't mean they deserved to get shot in the head by racist Mexicans. If a black person killed him, it wouldn't have been because he's black. Take your cac propaganda elsewhere.

You're 1/2 right in the way I went about it. Posting up giant pics like that in this thread is like propaganda just to prove one person wrong. I edited that post.

That said, I never even implied that Jamiel deserved to die. Refusing to admit what really happened though only continues for people to ignore the problem of gang related violence in our communities. Why is it that if it's race related people take notice, but if it's gang related everyone chalks it up to the streets? You keep insisting it was race related when nothing from the case indicates that it was. After being arrested for the murder Espinoza showed up in court with "BK" tatted on neck. His cousin snitched him out saying he admitted to killing a "twinkie." The beef between 18 and PStones started over some street shyt when an 18 got shot and killed. It had nothing to do with any orders for the Mexican Mafia.
I'm glad that Espinoza got the death penalty and I'm glad that his parents got involved and tried to make a CHANGE by lobbying these politicians to do their jobs, by taking it to the media and not letting what happened to their son be forgotten. That said, if they refuse to admit that their son was in a gang, it's possible they knew before hand of his affiliation but didn't think it was that serious, maybe because he hadn't been in any trouble they knew about. Again, why is it that gang affiliation is treated more as a cultural thing or just something that kids do? By ignoring the gang connection it's incorrectly lumping it in with the actual racist and race related crimes commited by surenos all over Southern California. By ignoring the the fact that the crime was gang related and attributing it to the something else you're focusing on one problem but at the same time ignoring another.

About five yrs ago, there was a black church in LA that welcomed a former Mexican criminal who committed a hate crime against a black person. I guess they wanted to rehabilitate him. :snoop:

It's only one example, but there's other stuff too.

More black deaths caused by these people :blessed:
As long as they aren’t “white” it’s okay.
Let’s open that door and bring them all in :blessed:
