i agree we got our flaws, but the way i see it, i was born here, and i have to have some pride in America. My people built this land, and this is our home.

i think given the conditions of the diaspora, blacks in america have fared the best. hegemonic oppressive structures are prevalent in europe also.

You can say a lot of things, but this is a top 2 diverse country(f the statistical measurement used for places like India, there are people here from all over the world and our diversity isn't limited to a city or two), its a top 2 resource nation(likely #1 with the new oil finds). The US imports because it exports a lot of its resources in the name of private corps making money. Top military. Top sporting nation by attendance(by a wide margin). Top GDP of larger nations(how can you compare to small socialist nations). Top 2 in productions annually. Yes, there are a lot of problems, but a lot of the shyt talk out there is shyt talk because some nations finally saw a little success.
