Everyone wants accountability until it’s time to be held accountable.
Please explain how a fire extinguisher OUTSIDE put anybodies safety in jeopardy.
Typically a fire extinguisher is a highly pressurized steel tube that if not handled correctly can injure someone else or yourself. Even outside! It’s not a toy and should not be used as a prop for celebrations. I feel sorry for the young lady but her father let her down by not thinking with a responsible accountable mind.

I hate this happened to her but this is what happens when your dad is your friend and not a dad

Nothing "unsportsmanlike" about it though. She didnt taunt her competition from what people are saying. By this logic Shacarri staring at shorty as she ran past her is unsportsmanlike. And Usain Bolt and Noah Lyles should have zero medals:mjlol:

Its obvious these people dont know their track history. She was paying homage

Please tell me you aren’t comparing professional athletes to high school amateurs.

After actually reading an article about this I learned that the father jumped the gate and confronted the officials after learning of their decision? Yeah, that definitely didn’t help. You can literally be DQ’d for wearing the wrong tights or waving at the crowd in high school track. Dad did his daughter no justice.

Of course the dumb ass that ok'd his daughter in doing the celebration would do all that as well. He probably the idiot that put it in his daughter's head to do it in the first place.

Exactly how we lost a meet. Our guy won the 800, other team was salty, and had the official DQ him cause he didn’t on the official team uniform shorts. Sucks cause we would have won league if we won that meet :francis: :francis: :francis:

What’s so hard about acting like you got some sense?

I just saw a video of a guy who did a backflip at graduation, and it appeared that he accidentally knocked another kid out.

Are these people just starved for attention or something?
