Anyone who refuses this and is in the military are idiots. The amount of shyt that is injected in your body from the time you enlist to when you get out is huge.

Wrong hill to die on. Should be more concern about those Burn Pits they had going 24/7
Bruh all you’re getting is flu and peanut butter shots.

And I think some anthrax shyt.. I honestly don’t remember

You nikkas be acting like they injected us with any fukking thing :mjlol:

And I agree with the soldiers that got out.. a new, experimental type drug and you have no choice but to take it???

Give me my DD214 and bounce.

And I am vaxxed, only reason is at the request of family members since I am thousands of miles away. Thats it

You posted all of that...cool.

You don't have a general, right? :usure: I don't have a general. :skip:

So neither of us has a dog in this fight then. :unimpressed:

Thank you for pulling the information; as for the CCL, I guess that might also be state dependent. If you don't care about having one that's fine.

I'll assume then that their VA medical, veterans benefits, and retirement/TSP are also unaffected by having the lower level of discharge, right?
If not then they still played themselves.

Muhfukkas sign up for the service that prides itself on doing the most fighting with the shyttiest equipment but draw the line at a rona shot? @CouldntBeMeTho :hubie:
Oh i thought you was a vet for a sec I was about to hook you up..

And no, I’m medically retired… but I’m cool with a lot of people that got kicked out (usually young soldiers/sailors over drugs) and are just fine.

Only time i think ive shown a job my DD214 is when I applied for military contractor positions. Everything else has been school and benefits related that wanted to know my discharge type. It is up to the employer if they give af. And with the benefits stuff, like I said, some will work with you.

And your VA benefits are only affected with the type of discharge and the VA still might fukk with you…

Generally, in order to receive VA benefits and services, the Veteran’s character of discharge or service must be under other than dishonorable conditions (e.g., honorable, under honorable conditions, general). However, individuals receiving undesirable, bad conduct, and other types of dishonorable discharges may qualify for VA benefits depending on a determination made by VA.

So I typed all that to say, I know what I’m talking about through experience

I have a general under honorable for failing a drug test. He’s right that most benefits are kept under general under honorable except the GI bill stuff. You can have your discharge retroactively changed if you want though.

But no one specifically asks about the discharge besides contractor positions still working for the government and that’s mostly only because they get benefits for hiring vets and have to show the DD214s to get credit. I was able to get a clearance and now make alot more than I was in the service.

shyt. I had to get a whole series of different shots besides the one you listed

Smallpox
Hep A and B
Japanese Encephalitis
Typhoid
Tetanus

Im vaxxed as well, I just think the people who are refusing it are not really thinking it through. Especially if there is a chance of losing benefits

Yeah I knew it was more but those shots been around for decades.

This shot hasn’t and people are skeptical about shots that have not gone through long term tests on how they affect people.

And if you’re in, you know damn well the military can fukk you up and make you sign paperwork saying you can’t even sue if they fukk you up… and they couldn’t give 2 fukks if you’re fukked up for life

But if they getting honorables and administrative then their benefits are fine. Most people join for money, experience, and college.

This too. I know quite a few folks fukked for life because they let the military “fix” something on them that went wrong and they got medically retired.

Its a risk going to “doctors” that get to skip alot of the rigors normal doctors have to go thru before they are seeing patients on their own.

I’m in the airforce and in my unit, it’s the guys 8 years and below that are separating. The very young guys are doing it just to get out. The rest suddenly got a moral code after taking multiple vaccines over the year. These guys didn’t bat an eye over getting the anthrax shot but suddenly there’s an issue now. I’m ready for them to get kicked out so the rest of us can stop dealing with them and move on. Hopefully their next employer doesn’t require it either

side note: the last vaccine I remembered that was rushed out was the H1N1 shot in 2009. Don’t really remember no one batting an eye about that one. Just shows you the power of social media.

What you said made me think.

War is over, now it’s back like it was post Gulf War. Complete drawdown time. Wonder if this is why the military is actually discharging people as a group. Rather than a case by case thing.

Seems like they took advantage of the situation. So, if someone just joins and is about to get the vaccine, and he refuses at MEPS or Basic. They can drop them right there

All discharges related to the refusal should absolutely be Honorable

Anything other than honorable might as well be a dishonorable discharge. They fukked up big time
I literally posted examples as to why it’s not, including my own experience..

how did you come to your conclusion that it is and why do they deserve it??
