This city is far from empty breh, and what purpose does using NYC, and even more over populated city as a barometer serve. What area of Houston are your in? The suburbs stretch 45min-1hr outside of Houston how can you claim they are empty. Katy/Fulshear, Pearland/Rosharon, Channelview/Baytown, Humble/Atascocita, League City/Friendswood etc are all far from empty.
