When I speak about the effects of lax laws I am talking about the repeat offenders and criminals who know the system through another dusty nikka. These dusty Nikkas aren't afraid to go to jail anymore, or they end up back on the streets terrorizing people.

Recividism is always going to be a problem. Prison doesnt rehabilitate many. The country needs to focus on keeping people from committing that first crime then keeping a watchful eye on those that re-enter

There is no way for black activist hustlers to monetize black on black crime as of yet. There's nobody or no institution for them to shake down or guilt trip into handing them money. Maybe if they claim that black people have no agency and that black on black crime is the fault of white supremacy or systemic racism or poverty then they can make some money off of it. But shyt would only get worse.So when are we as a community going to start taking Black on Black murders as serious as police brutality?
