Plenty of studies show that shaming people works in society. I find it abhorrent that people are trying to act as if these comments are more harmful than the public health crisis that antivaxxers are causing. It's bullshyt false equivalency and needs to stop. I have sympathy for all people. Kids under 12 can't take the vaccine yet. So that's actually not true.

That's why you should be encouraging a mask mandate for everyone over 12 to protect those kids. So obviously you don't fukking care about them at all. You're just supporting my entire argument. This isn't a personal choice, it affects everyone

Social distancing wasn't respected prior to a widely available vaccine, so there is no reason to believe it will be respected now. This is like saying lets go back on lockdown because I have a personal aversion to getting vaccinated and would prefer to chose lesser mitigators over higher ones.

im fully vaccinated, and i know the vaccine works. couldn't care less if anyone i see out in public is vaxxed; it's none of my business. it's their choice

and im pretty tired of democrats expending political capital by going after these idiots. the correct response is not to whine about them not getting vaccinated; it's to point out that they're responsible for their own hospitalization, and keep it moving
