Why do white kids disrespect their parents like this?

I have never even see a black kid tell their parents off like this.

This brat's lawsuit, if she does win, will open a Pandora's box of other ridiculous lawsuits kids can possibly file if the precedent is set.

Hopefully she ends up on XVideos:takedat:

now she's accusing her father of "inappropriate touching" and her mother of being verbally abusive calling her "fat."

you have to be completely void of conscience and soul to do some sh!t like this.

Breh, she's suing her parents because she refuses to abide by their rules and has decided to move out instead. Is this really something you support especially the fact that we got a lot of kids who lack discipline? Think of the precedent this will set if she ends up winning.

I think the judgment was already rendered in favor of the parents.

But my point is this....if the daughter is handling business with respect to her grades, then why are her parents telling her who and who she cant date as an adult? Now maybe they have just cause in not wanting her to date this cat, but the fact that they would take away paying for her school seems awfully counter-productive, and leads me to believe there's probably some control/religious angle from the parents. Trying to fukk up her ability to go to school seems like its much worse than anything the boyfriend is supposedly doing to her.

Who knows what the hell is going on with that goddman family. They're obviously troubled. They need to get their sht in order. All of them.

MORRISTOWN — At a hearing scheduled for this afternoon, a Lincoln Park honor student who claims her parents threw her out of their home when she turned 18 will be seeking an emergency order requiring them to pay for her support.

Rachel Canning, an 18-year-old senior at Morris Catholic High School, is asking for both immediate and future financial support from her parents, Sean and Elizabeth Canning.

Canning’s attorney, Tanya Helfand, has filed papers signed by Rachel seeking an emergency show cause order which would require her parents to pay child support, private school tuition, medical and related bills, college expenses and legal fees.

The papers state that Rachel Canning's parents “abandoned her in the middle of the school year.”

She has been admitted to several colleges, and “deadlines to accept are imminent,” the papers state. The parents have college funds and substantial income in the $250,000 to $300,000 range, yet refuse to pay, according to the papers.

Sean Canning is a retired chief of police in Lincoln Park and current business administrator for the Township of Mount Olive, while the mother is a legal secretary at McElroy, Deutsch, according to the papers.

The child is “unemancipated” from her parents and requires support, the papers state.

Judge Peter Bogaard in the Family Division of Superior Court in Morristown is scheduled to preside at the hearing at 3 p.m.

Rachel Canning said in court papers that she has been living at the home of her best friend, the daughter of prominent Morris County attorney John Inglesino, who has “advanced” her legal fees.

Rachel's parents said in a letter to the principal at Morris Catholic that she is over 18 and “has shown no indication of remotely abiding by rules or changing behavior.”

Among the problems cited by the parents was an unnamed boyfriend, who they said “apparently has no supervision, was given an out-of-school suspension and had access to a car.”

At Morris Catholic, Kathleen Smith in the Office of Campus Ministry wrote an open letter in December calling Rachel Canning “a good person” and “one with a very bright future ahead.”

Smith said she was aware of problems between Rachel Canning and her parents and that they are no longer paying her tuition, but said she is now staying “with a wonderful family.”

Other students have been raising funds to pay her tuition, Smith said.

Rachel Canning “is still highly regarded and cared for here at Morris Catholic,” Smith wrote.
