$180 for an oxtail plate

Never paying that much for no oxtail. Especially since I'm a "g" at making Oxtail. I specialize in the Jamaican style though. I don't even want it if it ain't Jamaican style either. But I'm gonna smoke up some Oxtail in the coming months to try and achieve "Dat Candy Red". But truth be told Oxtail sucks to me, when it's not Jamaican style. It's still the same ol throw away cheap shyt no matter how you seasoned it. If it ain't seasoned Jamaican style. I've personally never had an Oxtail off the smoker, but I'm gonna try it like Les at 1st. But I'm gonna most definitely try it seasoned Jamaican style on the smoker.
