Carter 4 had some good cuts on it, to me overall it was better than Carter 3, i thought back when i was on it.

Although Carter 3 has Waynes 3 best songs probably.. If Carter 3> Carter 4 then it is for the same reason that Stillmatic would be > than It Was Written
