All of these Central Valley cities that were cheap to live in and were backed by industrial jobs, are like tumbleweed cities. If you have money, value your life and have means to move elsewhere from there you move. No one wants to be there but those folks who cannot afford to. And crime is through the roof cuz everyone is poor

a lot of people who work in the bay commute from places like stockton cause they simply cant afford the bay prices. you just hate to see economically depressed places like this in cali where other cities have so much going for themselves.

Same reason Gary is a dumpster, some of these small cities fall through the cracks w/o proper leadership. But yea, I'd endorse Trump sending the NG and Feds to shut those most active down in Stockton.
