great thread and much needed bump…there was a hypothetical choice thread and one of the choices involved living in 1923 and I was a bit surprised by how few ppl knew about how black folks lived during these times…I wasn’t sure if it was a result of youth, stupidity or a mixture of both

Its messed up how some don't talk to their own people. A boomer in the family can at least get you back to the 1940s..
