1998 is a great year to me. I made a thread in the booth awhile back saying 1998 rap > 88 rap using some of those albums you posted as an example.

Looking back at the late 90s, it was a better era. Clothes were baggy but not to the extreme of the early to mid 2000s. Dudes weren't obsessed with wearing some cac designer brands. Cacs didn't really infiltrate our culture like that. It was still "ours." I got sucked down the rabbit hole one night watching a rap video from 1998 and ended up watching a bunch of videos from like 1997-2001.

I miss that era when it comes to fashion, music, etc.
