great game, there was the loose ball that the suns could have had inside of a minute with the 1 point lead, but couldnt corral it. curious decision to trap in a tie game with the shot clock off. its a shame danny manning got injured that year, the suns were 36-10 with him in the lineup. sure they had crap at center, but everywhere else there was ridiculous depth when healthy. majerle, ainge, person as shooters, kj and elliot perry at pg, barkley, manning, green, and tisdale at power forward. id literally kill to get any of those first 3 barkley suns teams on 2k.

Barkley's last real chance at a ring right here....
The Suns were even better in the previous year... But they always seemed to choke.
Remember, they almost got eliminated by the Lakers in the first round in 1993 (lost the first 2 games at home):sas1:

They were scared to double Hakeem

Probably because their defense was pusscheese. The rotation is so slow guys are wide ass open for days

:scust:

If they would have executed that trap effectively Ellie never gets that ball
So much spacing on the floor in the days of strictly man to man.
