but why wasnt that ruled a TD? that gives the refs the ability to review the play and make the correct call, instead of forcing the bears to take a timeout or challenge

that was a dumb decision too. but like I said, it all stems from the ref on the goal line blowing the call that wasn't even close to begin with.
