What kinda oatmeal? Betta be that apple & cinnamon, cream & fruit variety, or peaches & cream.

I don't like those packets of oatmeal...those nasty flavors like apple or whatever.

The best oatmeal is just the plain tub and you can add fruits or cinnamon if you want.

My coworkers who throw those packets into the microwave funk up the office something awful.

Banana and blueberry smoothie add a tablespoon of ground flaxseed for Omega-3..oh and a hard boiled egg.

You right. I actually have a box of the instant variety but at the same time theres a tub of old fashioned oatmeal, a bag of Bobs Red Mill oatmeal and some fresh fruits in the fridge.
