When I was in HS in GA I was leaving 6 flags with 2 of my homies and we were all under age. In the metro ATL area u can't be outside without a guardian under 18 after 10 pm or at least when I was there it was like that.
Cops saw us and spun a u turn and we ran in the waffle house. Turned our shirts inside out so they ain't recognize we were the ones who ran

I think most American cities shutdown 2-3. Only weird place to me was San Diego. shyt closed at 1am
I haven't been a Vegas club that went past 4:30 am and that was a pool party 
EDC was the only thing I went to that went all night (5:30 am)
In Norcal , the drinks stop at 1:30 but some spots in Sac go till 2
