Dude wasn't targeting cops for the sake of it. He was desperate and looking for a way out of his situation. And the bailiff was careless as fukk, which led to that tragedy happening. It's nothing more than that. Shouldn't be lumped up together with the other recent killings and craziness...

Thats a good question.

In order to determine whether a person 'deseves to go to jail' they are supposed to be judged by a jury of their peers.
But they aren't bringing in 12 peers to judge a black defendant. They are bringing in 9 cacs and 3 random people of color that can be brow-beat and are outvoted as a precluded outcome.

Its all kangaroo court. Its not even impartial enough to determine who actually deserves to be in jail according to its own rules.

This is pretty stupid. Society is made up of people across many demographics. To proclaim that they're not your peers because they aren't the same color that you are is simple minded and flat out retarded.

And you can't he out voted. In criminal court charges have to be unanimous in most if not all states. So the few blacks as your example stated aren't irrelevant.

But this has no relation to the question at all. If black man is guilty of something, should the bailiff not assist in sending his ass to jail or not?
