The patent for most these corporate logos and designs is 20 years. That’s why you see so many clothing companies get away with flipping old sports logos and shyt. That’s why Bape got away with copying the AF1. Kool Kiy, OMI and Warren Lottas fukked up by copying exact Nike SB and Jordan 1 designs and colorways that were less than 20 years old.
