I'm not saying its not in the contract either, just that it's a shady workaround. Nobody would be buying dunks if they didn't look exactly like J's and yet he doesn't get paid for them. The brand recognition behind his marketing of Jordan's are entirely responsible for the success of that shoe. simple as that,

Saying "bu bu but its the same company!" doesn't invalidate that fact. The similarity between this and the scarjo situation are entirely accurate.

And the scarletr comparision is actually entirely accurate comparison to this situation, The main difference is MJ has no incentive to burn bridges to bring about a lawsuit since he is making so much money regardless. put it like this, if they did this with all his jordan shoes sold knockoff versions outside his deal, you don't think he would be salty?

No he wouldn't have.....the AJ1 and Dunk debuted the same year by the same designer and dunks were meant for the college market. They didnt make Dunks as some scheme to screw MJ out of money
