I get tired of reading these stories of men losing 20-30 yrs of their life because some woman falsely accused them of rape. Only in America where women can lie about being raped and not face any punishment... When women do stuff like that it makes it harder for actual rape victims.

I think they not only should receive a substantial settlement, but also be tax exempt for the amoun of time spent in prison, if not for life.

if im not mistaken, statute of limitations doesnt mean shyt until you go to court and prove your case should be dropped for that reason--citing other, similar cases that resulted that way. if a judge wants to be a prick and finds any discrepancies, he/she can still prosecute your ass
