Yeah, that's one of the worst areas in the city, not that it's uninhabitable or anything, or you can't come through and hit a taco shop, but it's grimy. Dudes posted in front of apartments still moving rock. A good % of violent gang related crime comes from right there, and across the way in Lincoln and Skyline. I can almost promise you this wasn't motivated by anything other then a parolee on crystal who really didn't want to get his third strike, or do 25 years in the state. Right by Gamma street, I remember being in County with some Gamma boys about 10 years ago.

Those cops were no saints, one of them had a lot of speeding tickets and the other jaywalked, clearly criminal minded.
