Nas’ daughter, Destiny, is technically listed as an Executive Producer on his album Stillmatic. Nas did this so she can continue to receive royalty checks from the album.

In 1996, Columbia Records was forced to redesign Nas’ website because the bulletin board section of the site where fans could leave messages was being overrun with racist comments.

Nas: 15 Things You Didn't Know (Part 1)

the first one is respectable and BOSS!
the second one is crazyyy.... why would you go out of your way or even know about Nas and go so far as to show racist hate on a bulletin board on the artist's website, and in 1996 when there were no e-haters like at the coli.

A lot of people do this.

This is why Capone was listed as the executive producer for N.O.R.E.; he could still have some paper while he was locked up.

Breh you had to be on the Nas BBS at the time to know the crazy and colorful cast of characters that made up that board. It was like the Suicide Squad

Did anyone read Part 2 of that? It says that he referenced Aaliyah's death in the original "Ether" ("It should've been you in that plane crash").

Yea he was gonna absolutely going to go off the DEEP end on Jigga but a few got to em and told em to :whoa:

"chilling in my beamer, listening to Ether". I always wondered if Swizz meant the original Ether track that HE produced :jbhmm:
