They’re probably trying to get you to buy something or need to use their money as a credibility tool so you’ll respect them, I’d assume. The only reason to talk about your money is if it’s gonna help you get money from somebody else.
Unfortunately, too many people brag about their money to hide insecurities, or just out of ignorance, and set themselves up to get robbed. You really gotta ask yourself, why the hell would anyone else even care that I do or don’t have money? What could they use that knowledge for?? Only to use it to try to get your money too.
