Did you forget about him & Cersei being behind Lord Jon Arryn's (The former Hand of the King before Ned Stark) death? Did you forget about when he killed Jory Cassel & Ned Stark's other household guards in the streets of King's Landing? Did you forget about him killing Lord Rickard Karsark of Karhold's (1 of The Stark's bannermen from the North) sons? Did you forget he killed his own cousin just to escape from his prison?

But he's the only family member that fukks with Tyrion, so he's not as bad as Cersei, Tywin, & Joffrey.
