Welll...you right. I've been reading about some of the battles in Book 1 & I'm disappointed we didn't see the "Battle of Riverrun", Robb & the Northern Army relieving Riverrun from the Lannister Army, the Riverlords also Crowning Robb Stark as "King of the Trident" & etc. in Season 1.

But it's a TV show, so they don't have the budget for all those battles.
