I mean 2k is to NBA hoops, what Madden is to NFL. Both games been around for along time and have become icon amongst the culture for these leagues. So them debating this to me is equivalent of some good ol barbershop talk or chopping it up with ya potnas. I don't have issue with it. Me personally no way I give KD a 99 ever lol.

i thought 2k said they reworked their ratings years ago and there was an actual cap for players

anyway these ratings dont matter since they change during roster updates

Bron has been a 99 twice (2K14 and 2K20.)

This isn’t true. Bron wasn’t a 99 in 2K20 unless he got updated some point mid-season and I missed it. But that aside, KG and Tim Duncan were also 99s at one point (so was Chris Paul in 2k9 or something).

And Shaq was once 100.
