On Tuesday morning, U.S. District Judge William H. Steele of the Southern District of Alabama in Mobile sentenced Racquelle Marie Dolores Anteola to a 24-month sentence for possession of cocaine in the course of a drug trafficking conspiracy and credited her with 11 months for her time already behind bars.
Steele said myriad factors and testimony warranted deviating below the typical sentencing schedule, including Anteola’s “personal transformation,” experienced while involved in a Christian ministry serving the Clarke County Jail. He also said Anteola played a minor role, she was remorseful, accepted guilt and had no criminal history.
This one still locked up in Miami till Sept 5th.
