I would say that Mod's PROBABLY shouldn't have the ability to Neg guys.

They can delete their threads/posts/ban them etc. Neggin is for the common man.

I've been fukking up this dude Tom's rep up because dude hit me with 2 negs because i deleted his atheist and homophobic rant, so I had to retaliate on him.

As long as nobody hits a mod I don't think mods should touch them up, you may be going too hard Chicago.
