I like Pacs lyrics and flow tho....nikka made great songs period.....Scarface and Sigel got passion to,just enhances your delivery,I like both of them too but they not the goat to me.

I just see this as saying Pac had one of the greatest deliverys of all time which is true.....not sure we gotta use other words like passion to say that,just about every great emcee needs a delivery that enhances the content of they music....Jayz has no emotion or passion but I think that enhanced his music as an emotionless hustler...even when he talks about how wrong he mighta felt for doin it the nature of his delivery benefits him.
