Patience was an incredible song. The album was very unique, it was filled with content too. It was very very dope.

After this dropped I tried to find and listen to everything Damien has done hoping to find something on the same level of Patience, unfortunately my quest was unsuccessful. If anyone knows of any verse/song where he speaks on similar things or where is flow is as dope as on patience please hook a brotha up. Don't get me wrong, dude is still one of my favorite artists, that song just got me fiendin for more shyt like it

I don't hear DJ's playing Fear Of A Black Planet, BlackStar, By All Means Necessary, etc. Are these any less classic albums?

Not every album was conceptualized for radio/DJ play. Some are mean to be digested by the listener with thought and attention given to the lyrics, concepts, and overall THEME of the body of work.

I've def heard Dj sets playin public enemy u serious? Not in some generic whitewashed nightclub I'm talking about places that play hip hop...black starr too, definition is always in the mix

I think this album was ahead of it's time. Was almost a new style of music, I know reggae/Hip Hop has been done but to my knowledge not quite like this for a whole album. I thought Damien was amazing on the album actually and possibly the star of the show and that Nas was good too. The album is tight, I don't see one bad song.
