I mean this isn't desciptive enough.

say I take the 20K, do I still get a 750 credit score still? cuz that's more than enough.

Unless your credit score is toilet water, take the $20k. And in some cases, even if your credit score is toilet water, you can probably use the $20k to raise your score at least 100 points.

Even with average to below average credit I would take the money. Outside of the coli, of course, $20K is life changing money for most of the country.

Give me the cash. So many people have fukked up credit now that I don’t think it matters as much as it used to.
Especially if you're not going to be buying a house, car, or take out any type of loan anytime soon. You always take the cash period

I have that credit score and I'd still take the money. Anyone who wouldn't is dumb or already ballin'.

My credit isn’t good so it would likely take me more than 20 racks (plus the time commitment) to get to 800 so I’d just take the credit.

At least they brought the money down to something where you can at least think about it…

If you are dead serious bout getting into a home right now take the 800, everybody else should take the money.
