This girls camp was right next to a river nicknamed flash flood river cause it floods so much. The camp counselors ignored the alerts and everyone went to sleep despite the steady rise of "flash flood" river. Unsurprisingly they got swept away
Now Texas leaders are blaming the nws for not alerting them when they did despite having its funding cut. MAGAs are crying about the tragedy being politicized when the destruction of this flood is a direct result of Texas politics
These people are stupid and should be isolated and left alone. They don't need care packages and out of state utility workers or donations. They have the power of prayer. They declared July 6 to be a day of prayer. All they need is prayer
If u live in Texas and face destruction this year due to a natural disaster, would u rather receive help or prayer? Modernize your infrastructure and have the proper alert systems in place, or prayer?
