there's a simple reason for it. Fam i've been learning from my Nigerian homies that way back when they were stealing people from Ghana, Nigeria, Nairobi it turns out a lot of men were in excess of 6ft and very physically capable i mean that was the norm. Most farmed and did hard labour for work so they were tall and very strong. Culturally we were never war mongers. we left cultures alone when we entered different lands we added to their cultures.
