I was at the local high school mile long running track trying to jog my irregular heartbeat back into a steady rythm. It was below freezing in the middle of the night and as I looked into the immense awful blackness of the sky I realized that if I pass out out here no one will find my frozen body until sun up. I ran into that terrifying blackness. (True story)
