Shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone up on our history in this country. Surveillance has always been the highest in inner cities like Chicago yet every weekend there’s an outrageous number of shootings with rarely anyone ever getting caught.

If you know the crakkkas history this isn’t surprising at all. They’ve been doing shyt like this in our communities. Shootings, inciting gang violence, leaving weapons caches, etc.
