My first period teacher didn't even show up for school. My class found out late because we were waiting in the hallway for the sub to unlock the classroom. My teacher was like "fukk these kids I'm outMan September 11th was the craziest thing ever. Everybody in elementary school was scared. We thought there was a bomb in our school.

2nd period creative writing class when them towers got struck. Pops caught me acting a fool but didn't care cuz he was at the door of the class like
"my son, let's go...NOW!" Thought I was caught for sure. He told me as we were walking out that, "we had to leave something ugly and tragic had happened"
I wasn't understanding til I got in the car but boy I was pissed
cuz I planned on getting that Blueprint and Ghetto Fabolous albums after school and I knew that wasn't gonna happen. I was begging pops in the car to see if we could swing by Union Station real quick so I could hit the Sam Goody to snatch them albums...pops looked at me with the combo of 
like "bruh, we going HOME NOW!!! We gotta pray" not too long later all of DC was scrambling and the city was a mess

They let us out of school early on 9/11 I came out the school building cranking my neck lookin up at the sky lol but felt stupid because I knew they wasn't about to crash no plane into the damn hood
Went straight to the crib and watched some BET videos it was so dope back then...106th and Park was sad that day with AJ and Free lookin hella stressed the somber atmosphere was real strange for 106th

I was in 8th grade. We were supposed to go to NYC and the World Trade Centers on October 11th, 2001 for a field trip 
The kids in our class didn't really understand what was going on. I mean we did, but not the gravity of it. Our history teacher, a grown man, was just sitting at his desk crying. I'm guessing he knew someone up there.
