My brother may you please elaborate (in detail) on the actions of this person. I am interested in knowing how he finessed you in the interview and just everything he did to get you to hire him even though he was fronting. Also, could you speak about your side of the interview and what YOU personally liked that he did (or general tips you like to see in interviews). What is his background (like upbringing..a hood cat, etc)? May I also know what he is doing now, given that you befriended him?
I ask you all of this not to be in the business of that person but rather learn and pick up game from him. Not that I want to deceive, but there's wisdom and game in EVERYONE so I am always open to picking it up from all people I encounter.
The real reason why i am asking you is that I am mentoring a group of 10-15 at risk teens this summer aimed at tutoring and mentoring them to get their GED and subsequently tried to get a job instead of being in the streets. One of the main lessons I want to give them is networking and communication/interview skills so I hope you can give me some things about this person so I can extract lessons and pass it down. For instance I am going to include in my syllabus the importance of body language and how that can play a role! Therefore any information you can provide me my brother will not only help our Coli brothers but also these young men will be profoundly appreciated.
