I hate the narrative that Perkins injury was the difference

Celtics were getting aired out in game 6 with Perkins

He would have provided ZERO offense in game 7...at least Sheed gave them 13 & 8

You would think you’re responding to someone who started the Lebron chatter in this thread when who you are responding to someone that was questioning why Lebron is being chartered about in this thread.

You dudes live to jump on a chance to rip that guy even in threads that don’t have shyt to do with him, yet you call others out for saying y’all niqqas talk about him in threads that have nothing to do with him. :mjlol:

NBA talk is so shytty because of you tyoes
*Random thread about MJ*

4th poster: "LeBron could never do this"

*Somebody responds*

"YOU LEBRON STANS BRING HIM UP EVERY THREAD OMFG"

They weren't beating the Lakers with a healthy Bynum

You know they were up 3-2 before Perkins went out, right? :ohhh:

And Perkins only played 6 minutes in Game 6, it was a 4-point game after he went out. :mjlol:

In Games 6 and 7, Lakers outrebounded the Celtics by 35 and shot 56 free throws to only 27 for the Celtics. Until then the Celtics had outrebounded the Lakers for the series. EVERYTHING about why the Lakers won those two games centered around interior defense/rebounding and the refs. Losing Perkins made a huge difference in their interior presence and ability to get second-chance opportunities, and the Lakers rode their own second-chance opportunities to victory.
