You do realize this is how the HBCU's fund their athletics.

They get paid anywhere from 500k to 1 million dollars to play those games.

Thats more than their ticket revenue for the year.

I do realize that and understand that. I was just talking about the level of play on the field. It's sad to see these teams lose by 84 and favored to lose by 70. That is ridiculous.

It's just the nature of the beast bruh.

It only seems to be getting worse in most cases b/c players at D1 schools literally have the best of everything to prepare them.

Back in the 80's/90's, HBCU's could hang with bigger schools b/c the technological advancements werent as great
