I swear, everyone use to watch 106 and Park. Free made dudes bring their A-game and be on some grown man sh:t. When goofy azz Terrence and Roxy azz showed up, seems like the 106 crowd got younger, and the guest became younger and sillier (Bow Wow and Lil Romeo on the show everyweek) :smh:. OG rappers like NAS and Face never come on the new show. And older hiphop fans really had nothing to watch but old videos, we stop watching videos all together now.

I really think them leaving the show is deeper than people think.

Wasn't deep,
Everything works hand in hand,
All that was planned.

Yep, its like they don't like mature thinking representatives in Hip Hop anymore. They all want us drugged up and drunk partying 24/ 7 and not address grown man issues in songs anymore.

Them old nikkaz at BET said Little Brother was too intelligent to play on their network.

That, too was in 2005. The same year where the south was on total domination mode with Jeezy, Boosie, and the Texas movement. The same year where skinny clothes became popular. That was a bad transition. :patrice:

Haha yo I swear when did Rap crowds become so damn bougie. Wtf are ya even there for? :heh:

Rap industry so damn fake, bytches jus there for the pics, n the nikkas there too cool for school. Like homie said eariler, THANK GOD, this wasnt in NY. Mothafukkas would jus been on there phone's n icegrilling all night.

shyt like that is why I hardly be at commercial Hip Hop events. SMH @ bytches that are average thinking that they can get a rapper with their basic ass self.

Exactly. That's why Wayne is still King of Hiphop.

There's absolutely nothing anywhere for 30+ yo mature Hip Hop fans.

Damn, that's crazy to think that was planned. :wtf:

Why else in this era you see nikkas like 2 Chainz, Ross, Maino, and others pushing 40 (or over 40) still talking about immature shyt? :wtf: And Nas get shytted on by Black Radio for being a grown man on his albums? :wtf:

Its like we thinking younger as we get older. Plus the likes of Wayne and others are gonna burn out really soon. Look what happened to Nate Dogg and he partying excessively for 17 years. Look at Erick Sermon. This Hip Hop awards show proves how much we fell from grace and been reduce to parody music, like a Dave Chapelle skit.

As for the crowd
There, a lot of the females there aren't actually fans of hip-hop, their strippers and Instagram models. My friend that I knew since hs was there for the whole weekend. She's not a professional model, but does real good on Instagram and do local shoots. Most of the women there were like her.

It's a proven fact that African Americans don't mature correctly as others do here. We don't come to grips of the issue until we are in our mid 30's - 40's and by then it's too late.
