So brehs I pulled the trigger on a 2013 BMW, 59k miles plus a 4 year warranty for 14k. Walked out the dealership like :hubie:. As soon as I got home my girl was not having it. She called up my moms and they went in. Now I can easily afford this car so it ain’t about that. Should I just let my nuts hang or return it and take this L? If I’m takin the L what do y’all think I should look into with at least 300 horses behind it? My girl says a 2019 Mustang :rudy:
:laff: :laff: :laff:

You fukked. Cost me $5k to get my shyt fixed. There’s a big class action lawsuit on those engines. The turbos cause the issue and BMW swears up and down it isn’t. Return that bytch ASAP fam. The warno will go away because the engine will reset. Soon as you try to accelerate or go up an incline, it’ll be back.

Thanks my man, I was going to be stubborn and try to get one with less miles but it’s not worth the risk. My boy just told me he has to switch out his turbos soon too. I’m looking at that mustang or the Lexus ES350, my pops had one and it ran forever.

Well my mom and pops had two beemers before and they were nothing but trouble, and I respect her opinion so I was willing to listen. But basically I said fukk em’ and kept it. :myman: It has 10 Harmon Kardan speakers in it :blessed: I dubbed that bytch the Slapmobile.

Anyway, last night I put it in sport mode and hit an open stretch of highway and get hit with a fukking drivetrain malfunction error. Telling me to drive moderately and consult a servicer.

:why:

I have one day to give it back no questions asked but I have a free 30 day warranty plus a four year extended. I don’t think it’s worth the risk anymore.

Yup, I said that shyt was too good to be true.

Mane y'all better do some damn research before hoping in these Germans:dahell: I knew from the getgo them 335i was ass. Damn near every BMW has some diabolical self destruct problem

Whatever you want just do research.

I'm thinking of getting a 2013 Audi S4 so I been reading like crazy.

I might be able to just lease a 2019 330i for around $359 to $400 a month, that way it's under manufacturer warranty so I can just not worry. Less horsepower but whatever. I still have my 03 Honda Accord Coupe EX to split up miles too, it still runs fine and it's a great workhorse so I'm going to keep it :yeshrug:

I know someone else that just had their BMW throw that malfunction up last week. Their's also reset upon a restart, but after seeing this thread I hope he has no reoccurring issues. Luckily he has a warranty.
